BUGS:
- Fix: On the manager's main page the news manager was mistaken with the category manager.
- Fix: Deleted a statement which would reset the system status checkup everytime the system status page was opened. This could affect load times.
- Fix: Using single and/or double quotes in a smily tag would result in a javascript error.

- Major change: Updated support towards PHP 5 only. Users that don't have PHP 5 installed should not update. From now on you can no longer install updates.

Backup and Import:
- Deactivated the back-up and import functionalities. Will be included again in a later version. They need to be redesigned. Read more about it here.

News editor/Writer:
- New: Added a "Simple" and "Advanced" view in the news editor. In the advanced view the author, time, date, publish state and categories are visible, in the simple view they aren't.
- Changed: Preview function is now loaded into a seperate window (a pop-up). You can load your own CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) file into this function through the Settings editor.
- Changed: Description editor moved under the content. It's also a "message box", so you can hide it.
- Updated: XHTML close tag now automaticly added when using the "Add image" function in the Writer.

Theme editor:
- New: More messages avaliable.
- Changed: BR rules are a little different in the Theme editor. This could result into a small change in the display of your theme.
- Changed: Themes: Author page [display-name] tag changed to [author].
- Changed: Themes: Dropped the [content+] function. When a description is empty the content will automatically be used instead.

Managers:
- New: Page system in Admin panel for the News, Category, Comments, Uploads and Themes manager. Change the amount of items on a page in the settings editor.
- Updated: User name colors, inherited by group, are now visible in the news manager, comment manager-editor, and NewsOffice header as well.
- Updated: Added labels to the names of permissions in the user group permissions editor.
- Updated: Removed the change permissions option (link) for the "Root" group in NewsOffice.
- Removed: In the settings editor the comments active option was shown twice. It's now only one.

Security:
- New: Added permissions for the manuals in the support section.

- Possible fix: Fix for sending emails from a Windows server. This is not fully tested and is a temporary fix.
